Every Sunday at 2 p.m., it's time for the kids to head for FLUCTUART, a floating urban art center moored on the banks of the Seine (near the Alexandre III bridge, not far from Les Invalides). In addition to offering free temporary exhibitions, such as La Grande Illusion by street artist Speedy Graphito, the venue also offers a wide range of artistic events.
Families can take part in one of the free guided tours, or in one of the creative workshops offered every Sunday afternoon. Aimed at children aged 5 to 10, the workshop takes place every Sunday at 2pm and introduces youngsters to urban art throughplayful activities. It's an opportunity to discover what urban art is, its artists and major works, and then to appropriate the concept to create a work you can take home!
Allow 1h15 (15-minute tour and 1-hour workshop), bearing in mind that the workshop is entirely free of charge: it is essential, however, to book beforehand.
See you next Sunday at FLUCTUART!
