Cédric Grolet's 2020 Christmas logs for Cédric Grolet Opéra

Leading pastry chef Cédric Grolet hasn't forgotten you for Christmas 2020 - quite the contrary! In his Cédric Grolet Opéra patisserie, the chef unveils three new ephemeral creations, to be enjoyed only during the 2020 festive season!

• The Marron Cassis log: hazelnut crisp, fresh chestnut cookie, blackcurrant confit, crème de marron, roasted chestnut mousse.
• La bûche Saint-Honoré Chocolat: Flaky chocolate brioche, Alain Ducasse chocolate cream, Alain Ducasse chocolate milk jam, chocolate choux pastry, cocoa nib praline, crunchy caramel.
• La bûche Saint-Honoré Vanille: Vanilla crisp, soft vanilla cookie, milk jam, vanilla cream, vanilla mousse.

All three logs are available for pre-order on the patisserie's website. Orders can then be collected on site by click & collect, between December 17 and 25, or delivered to Paris and its inner suburbs (78, 92, 93, 94).

Please note, however, that the Saint-Honoré Chocolat log is not available for delivery, as it is made directly in front of gourmands!

Cédric Grolet's 2020 Christmas logs cost between €55 and €90, depending on size.
