Forget about the traditional rolled or stuffed yule log. At Bulliz the shape nor the flavors will make you think of a classic yule log… And it is good! Designed as a light bundle of wood, Bulliz’s 2022 yule log consists of 4 long Madagascan vanilla éclairs, to get with your fingers and share for more conviviality.
It is simple and pleasing: you pick your éclair and dip it into caramel, hazelnut and black sesame sauce, and to top it all, sprinkle some caramelized almonds over it. A playful and light yule log likely to please children as much as adults!
