Expect to see or hear it over La Défense, the Arc de Triomphe, the Eiffel Tower, Les Invalides, Place de la Concorde, the Louvre, Opéra Garnier, Sacré-Coeur, Gare du Nord, Centre Pompidou, Notre-Dame Cathedral, Place de la Bastille, Jardin des Plantes, Jardin du Luxembourg, before ending its run at the Paris heliport in the 15th arrondissement.
In short, it's likely to be flying over a large part of the city! So don't panic, if you see a helicopter in the skies over the City of Light, it's perfectly normal! What's more, if the flight has to be postponed, due to bad weather conditions for example, it will take place in the same time slot, on Wednesday October 22 or Thursday October 23.
