It's very hot in Paris, and Météo France has issued an orange alert. Among the capital's cool spots, green spaces are a good idea for cooling off and bringing down the temperature. Of the capital's 531 green spaces, almost a quarter are open all day. These 140 parks and gardens, open 24 hours a day, are spread across all the arrondissements of Paris, and offer cool spaces in all circumstances. Every year, from July 5 to September 7, the City of Paris extends the opening hours of several green spaces until midnight. The aim of this summer scheme is to encourage access to cool spots after sunset. Among them are
