Have you always dreamed of setting up a small business in a Parisian kiosk, or taking over a puppet theater or merry-go-round? Now's your chance: the 19th arrondissement council is putting 13 commercial sites up for competition in a call for proposals.

The City of Paris is launching a call for proposals to allocate 13 commercial sites in the 19th arrondissement of Paris for a 5-year lease.

Puppet theaters, a food stall in the heart of the Buttes-Chaumont park, a kiosk with duck fishing, a merry-go-round, a flower stall... If you've always wanted to run one of these must-see Parisian kiosks, now's the time to apply, with no fewer than 13 commercial locations open for projects in the 19th arrondissement. All kiosks, their functionality, location and rental rates are listed in a detailed document, so you'll know what the commercial possibilities are.

From the Parc des Buttes-Chaumont to Place des Fêtes, from Boulevard de la Villette to Avenue Corentin Cariou, there's no shortage of spots to (re)take, for the duration of a 5-year commercial lease! It's easy to apply: just fill in the form on the call for proposals page and attach a project file for the desired location. The file can be sent by e-mail or on paper to Paris City Hall, and must be received by midnight on February 19, 2025! After this date, no application will be considered. Good luck to you all!
