The line 13 isn’t universally loved, but who knows, perhaps with its automation, Parisians will come to appreciate it more in a few years? But while it waits to join its sisters on lines 1, 14 or 4, it will take several years of construction and some inconveniences for riders. While the line 12 is subjected to evening interruptions to prepare for the arrival of the MF19, on the 13 side it will be more of a Sunday morning!
The RATP has unveiled its 2026 traffic disruptions schedule, extending through December. In addition, a replacement bus service will be set up between Asnières Gennevilliers Les Courtilles and Porte de Clichy for residents on that side of the line.
Before automating it, the line will benefit from a brand-new rolling stock, which will also be deployed on its neighboring line, for greater comfort. Several Sundays a month will thus be affected by a closure until noon, from May to December 2026.
