Attention to line 13 users. Beyond the summer closure up north, another stretch down south will spell trouble for the terminus residents! Because of renovation work, service will be interrupted between Châtillon - Montrouge and Malakoff - Rue Etienne Dolet from July 6 to July 26, 2026. According to metro notices, only the terminus will be shut, with a temporary station set up to close the line.
While the RATP typically uses the summer lull to carry out renovation work, this three-week closure remains a major drawback for workers and residents who stay in the area throughout July. The affected station will be completely inaccessible, cutting off the connection with the tramway T6. So it’s best to walk the rest of the way; it only takes about eight minutes.
While this closure will affect only a small slice of Line 13's riders, the impact for others will be bigger and endure for many weeks.
