The time has come to award the prizes for the most powerful, moving, moving and stirring films of the 2025 Cannes Film Festival. Before the Queer Palm, the Palm Dog, the Un Certain Regard selection and after the Semaine de la Critique, it's now the turn of the Quinzaine des Cinéastes - formerly the Quinzaine des Réalisateurs - to unveil its award-winning films.
As the Quinzaine des Cinéastes is not in itself competitive, the prizes are awarded by outside institutions - with the exception of the Carrosse d'Or, which since 2002 has paid tribute to a filmmaker for "the innovative qualities of his films, for his courage and intransigence in directing and producing".
This year, American filmmaker Todd Haynes was awarded the Carrosse d'Or by the directors of the Société des Réalisateurs de Films.
This 57th edition of the Directors' Fortnight awarded 3 prizes at the Cannes 2025 Festival:
