It's terribly hot and you're looking for a free pool or pond to cool off alone, with family or friends this summer 2025 ? Once again this year, the Centre Sportif des Poissonniers in the 18th arrondissement is opening a temporary pool, provided free of charge by the city from July 5 to August 17, 2025, to keep the kids cool.
Everyone knows about the free pools at La Villette, but did you know that the city sets up several pools open to all every summer, notably during Paris Plages? One of the capital's best spots is this ephemeral but life-saving spot in the 18th arrondissement, at 2 rue Jean Cocteau, not far from Porte de Clignancourt.
All summer long, you can take advantage not only of the free pool, but also of the entertainment, sports and aquatic activities to have a good time, as well as the solarium to keep an eye on the kids while you sunbathe, from 10am to 1pm and from 2pm to 9pm in the afternoon, enough time for an evening swim!
