Faîtes de l’Escalade offers people a chance to discover climbing through introductory sessions and activities organized by participating gyms. Organized by the Union des salles d’escalade and the Union Sport et Cycle, this fourth edition brings together 87 venues, including 23 in the Paris region.
This edition puts the spotlight on the women who make climbing what it is: beginners, regular climbers, athletes, route setters and instructors. The aim is to showcase the different facets of the sport and inspire people to keep climbing.
Bouldering, routes and introductory sessions make up the program, with activities tailored to each venue. An opportunity to watch the moves, discover the holds and try climbing in a dedicated gym.
