If you don't like impact training, or group classes with lots of cardio, Cosmo Pilates classes should appeal to you. But how does a session work? For 50 minutes, you link up different movements on the machine to strengthen the lower and upper body, in a very complete way. Although this is not a cardio class, the temperature rises very quickly, as the exercises follow on from each other (you can, of course, take breaks whenever you like).

Pilates Reformer at Cosmo Pilates is done in a fairly intimate setting, as the gym only has six Megaformers, which allows the coach to be attentive to your movements. Even though the classes are quite demanding, all levels are welcome: just tell the coach your level and he'll explain or re-explain the machine to you with no problem. We do regret, however, that the gym doesn't offer classes by level.
For those who want to tone and refine their bodies, Reformer Pilates classes are an ideal option. A single class costs €49, which is a little above the average.
