Many museums have decided to bring a touch of well-being to the heart of their collections, with yoga, pilates or meditation classes. The Cité de l'Economie is giving it a try on Friday, July 4, 2025, to kick off the summer in style, before perhaps repeating the experience over a longer period, alongside Julie Pujols, star pilates coach and creator of Pilates Booty.
Head for theHôtel Gaillard, an architectural gem in the heart of Paris, for a unique course in the sumptuous Hall Defrasse. On this day, for the price of a Citéco admission ticket, participants can enjoy both a sporting interlude and an afternoon of learning about economics in a fun way, during a guided tour of the museum.
For one hour, Julie Pujols guides you through a series of exercises combining muscle strengthening, breathing and posture, to gently sculpt the body while calming the mind, whether you're a beginner or an advanced exerciser. Please note, however, that you'll need to bring your own mat!
