MyoRun is celebrating its 20th edition with a new way to take part in the Téléthon: a team relay that runs through the night. Alongside the usual event, open to runners and walkers, the MyoRun’20 Challenge invites participants to share the effort rather than compete for a place in the rankings.
The Challenge is built around a loop that members of the same team take turns completing. For 20 hours, the runners keep handing over, day and night. This format is aimed at groups looking to take on a shared challenge: everyone does their part without having to run for the entire event.
The usual format remains untimed and unranked. It lets participants choose an effort suited to their abilities, with individual and relay options. Walking also gives those who aren’t looking for a race against the clock a way to take part.
The event is organized by MYObilisation, with support from the Institute of Myology. Proceeds go to AFM-Téléthon.
