But then, who is she? Born into a family of artists, Solann - whose full name is Solann Lis-Amboyan - began learning guitar and piano while still in her teens. But she soon developed a particular passion for the ukulele, an instrument she now uses regularly on stage.
It was during the confinement in 2020 that Solann began posting her compositions on social networks. Then, in January 2024, the singer-songwriter released her"Monstrueuse" EP. Since then, the young artist has won over many ears, thanks in particular to her often introspective lyrics, tackling universal themes such as love and feminine power.
After making her mark with the tracks " Rome " and " Petit Corps ", Solann is back in the news with the single " Les Ogres ", taken from her debut album. Entitled"Si on sombre ce sera beau", the 13-track album was released on January 24.
This year, Solann will take on a host of French venues. In Paris, after sold-out shows at the Café de la Danse and La Cigale, Solann will take over theOlympia on April 9, 2025 (sold out), followed by the Zénith de La Villette in 2026.
