Sweden's KAJ? The Austrian JJ? Dutch candidate Claude? Or perhaps France's Louane? With just a few hours to go before the Grand Final, predictions are rife as to the possible winner ofEurovision 2025.
As in previous years, the world-famous song contest is back again this May, with contestants each more motivated than the last to win the final. This year, the 69th edition ofEurovision takes place in Basel, Switzerland, following Nemo 's victory last year.
And as tradition dictates, two semi-finals were held this week before the final stage. At the end of these two decisive phases, 11 countries were unfortunately not selected for the final. These were Belgium, Slovenia, Azerbaijan, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Georgia, Australia, Ireland, Serbia and Montenegro. On the other hand, 26 other countries will be competing on Saturday May 17, 2025, which promises to be a great spectacle.
Once again this year, France Télévisions is showing itsEurovision colors, with live coverage of the event from Basel. After broadcasting the semi-finals on Culturebox (DTT channel 14), France Télévisions now invites you to the grand final on May 17. Watch it from 9:00 pm on France 2 and on france.tv. Laurence Boccolini will join Stéphane Bern at the Halle Saint-Jacques in Basel (Switzerland) to commentate the evening. The final can also be followed live on the Eurovision YouTube page.
