Le Bossu de Notre-Dame, a show based on Victor Hugo's book Notre-Dame de Paris and adapted by Olivier Solivérès, is presented at the Théâtre de la Gaité Montparnasse until June 1, 2025. Oscillating between theater, musical comedy and commedia dell'arte, Olivier Solivérès's adaptation of Le Bossu de Notre-Dame at the Théâtre de la Gaité Montparnasse is a delightful moment for young and old alike. Poetry,humor and a host of twists and turns blend together to offer spectators a pleasant moment of relaxation, laughter andadventure.

It tells the touching story of Quasimodo, a hunchbacked, greedy, tone-deaf bellringer living in the 15th century. For as long as he can remember, he has lived in the great cathedral overlooking the city, Notre-Dame, under the authority of Frollo, a terrible but undeniably powerful character. Frollo is in love with a gypsy girl, Esmeralda, and asks Quasimodo to bring her back to him... But this is without counting on the unexpected arrival of a valiant knight, Phoebus, and the rebellion of Quasimodo, who soon becomes Esmeralda's friend...
