Art doesn’t stop: even on lockdown, street artist Banksy finds a way to re-decorate walls. By tackling his bathroom, the artist gives life to a colony of mice we would really enjoy as roomies…

When you’re a street-artist but confined, you are more or less consigned to technical unemployment. Except when you’re Banksy and you want to paint on walls more than ever. As a result, you find yourself giving your bathroom a makeover with a colony of mischievous mice who are really making themselves at home. Honestly, who will clean this all mess up?

Mysterious character but known worldwide, street artist Banksy shared on Instagram his latest creation. we discover his bathroom attacked by excited rodents, swinging from the towel ring, unrolling toilet paper, dirtying the toilet bowl. A fun piece of art filled with details and surprises and a staging that has should have been funnier to make than to clean.

To get rid of these non-expected mice, perhaps Banksy has planned a mural of a cat or a rat exterminator. Or perhaps we can wait for a collaboration with M. CHAT, a famous street artist whose works also adorn walls in Paris. To be continued…

To mix street art and good deed, discover their works of art sold for Paris hospitals.
