Born on February 4, 1900 in Neuilly-sur-Seine, the French poet Jacques Prévert has been the subject of a fascinating exhibition at the Musée de Montmartre since October 2024. To celebrate the 125th anniversary of his birth, this Tuesday, February 4, 2025, the museum is organizing afree nocturnal in his honor, an opportunity to discover his work before the exhibition closes on February 16. From 6pm to 10pm, wander through 150 paintings, drawings, photographs and other archives reflecting the world of this popular artist.
In the course of the evening, Gregory Mouloudji will perform a moving tour de chant based on Prévert's written work, and a musical ensemble of 7 female musicians will perform songs by the surrealist artist. The café Renoir and the boutique bookshop will remain open throughout the evening, for a moment of culture before a stroll through the capital's most beautiful district.
