Nuits des Étoiles 2025 at Vayres-sur-Essonne (91)

What better way to learn aboutastronomy and stargazing than with the Nuit des Étoiles? For this latest edition of the summer's scientific event, theAstroclub de Vayres-sur-Essonne is offering two exceptional evenings of stargazing at the town's stadium, on the nights of August 1 and 2, 2025.

For optimum stargazing conditions, we recommend that you wear comfortable shoes, bring warm clothing, hydration and snacks, mosquito repellent, binoculars and a headlamp (red light) if you have them at home.

Mediators will be on hand during these exceptional evenings to teach you the rudiments of astronomy, as well as how to observe the stars, with a tour of the solar system adapted to all ages and an introduction to observing instruments.

It's a great opportunity to spend some quality time with the family and discover the mysteries of the universe and our solar system... It's also the perfect way to learn how to find your way around the sky, and to get a better view of the Perseids throughout August! Happy Starry Nights to all.
