How to book a meet-and-greet with a Disney character?

Not all encounters require a reservation. For some, Disneyland Paris now uses a virtual queue. Sign-ups take place on the day of the visit, after you scan your ticket at the park entrance, mainly via the Disneyland Paris app. You can also ask a cast member at the entrance of the relevant encounter.

Operationally, it’s worth planning ahead: only one virtual booking can be active at a time, with a maximum of 5 virtual slots per day and 6 people per booking. Note that the same encounter can only be booked once per day. New slots may be offered several times a day, but the capacities remain limited.
