We start with the juice of the day, accompanied by an excellent chai latte and a golden latte.
I choose the excellent chicken rice, while my sidekick is tempted by the Kaya Toast with a perfect egg in soy sauce.
But you're free to choose dishes from the à la carte menu, such as this excellent, melt-in-your-mouth caramel pork .
Then it's on to dessert with the excellent pandan chiffon cake or chocolate brownie.
