Since last year, the Pages Blanches pastry shop has been replaced by Atelier Pages, the fine chocolate boutique of Michelin-starred chef Ryuji Teshima, aka Teshi, already known for his restaurant Pages.
Chef Ryuji Teshima, aka Teshi, sublimates the finest chocolate vintages with Japanese inspiration. From bites and bars to homemade granola, caramel-filled shortbread and ultra-gourmand spreads, this address has something for every chocolate lover.
Behind this chocolate factory lies precise know-how and demanding sourcing. The beans, roasted by Nicolas Berger or the Chocolaterie de l'Opéra, reveal subtle, balanced flavors. Each bite is an invitation to travel, with surprising combinations: Litchi/Blackberry, Rhum Muscovado, Vin jaune or even sesame pralines and Japanese coffee ganaches.
We loved the matcha, made from a harvest to which only the chef has access. Ditto for the chocolate, made in collaboration with Manufacture Plaq , which reveals a lovely strength and tangy notes. Special mention also goes to the gourmet, semi-thick hot chocolate, which changes according to taste.
L'Atelier Pages also seduces with its uncluttered decor, designed for savoring these sweets in a refined setting. In front of the window, the choice is difficult: boxes of 6, 12, 20 or 30 chocolates (from €12 to €40), each containing a unique combination of flavors such as Coco Passion, Verveine, Matcha Menthe or Hojicha. An ideal selection for gift-giving... or indulging yourself at any time.
Open every day from 12pm to 8pm (7pm on Sundays), except Mondays, Atelier Pages invites chocolate lovers to a delicate, gourmet experience combining Japanese inspiration and French excellence. A great address to melt with pleasure!
