Qué Gusto 2025, the festival of Mexican gastronomy, is back!

The Qué Gusto festival, a celebration of Mexican gastronomy, returns to Paris from June 7 to 15, 2025. The 10th edition promises to be a feast for the taste buds!

The ¡Qué Gusto! festival is back in Paris from June 7 to 15, 2025! As in previous years, the festival promotes Mexican gastronomic culture and Mexico as a culinary destination.

Indeed, if you thought Mexico was all about quesadillas, burritos, tacos and corn soups, then you're going to have to think again, because Mexico has many more secrets and culinary techniques for you to discover!

Once again this year, a host of chefs are taking part in the 10th edition of the Qué Gusto festival, including Wilfried Romain from LAVA restaurant, Merouan Bounekraf, Alexis Braconnier... The full program?

The Qué Gusto 2025 festival program:

  • Único, Merouan Bounekraf's (very) special Mexican dessert. From June 10 to 15, chef Merouan Bounekraf imagines an original dessert based on surprising Mexican ingredients: avocado leaves, corn and a secret touch. Where? Panade (35, rue Violet 75015)
  • ¡Salud!-Mexican cocktail workshop. Immerse yourself in the world of Mexican cocktails at a workshop led by Arturo, a passionate expert. For 2 hours, he'll introduce you to mezcal, tequila and other Mexican liquid treasures through history, rituals and unique aromas. Where? HOBA Paris - Batignolles, Saturday June 7 and Sunday June 8
  • Chicas Chidas" dinner. An exceptional dinner signed by two emblematic Mexican chefs: Lula Martin del Campo and Begoña Pérez. Where? Hôtel 1K - Paris, June 7
  • Cacao Divin" brunch. On Sunday June 8, chef Lydia González will be offering a unique brunch featuring cocoa, a sacred ingredient used by the Olmecs over 3,500 years ago. Where? Itacate (94 rue Saint-Honoré, Paris 1st)
  • Taste from the streets. Alexis Braconnier and Begoña Pérez combine their talents to offer original dishes, full of character, inspired by the streets of Mexico. Where: El Vecino - Marais, Tuesday June 10
  • ¡QuéGusto! sets LAVA on fire. Head to LAVA for an exclusive dinner by Wilfried Romain, the talented young chef revealed by Top Chef. Wednesday, June 11
  • Two Chefs, One Journey. Alexis Braconnier, a loyal ambassador of Mexican gastronomy, joins Inès Huteau, a French chef based in Mexico, for an original dinner. Where? El Vecino Marais, Thursday June 12
  • Saveurs Croisées : An Exclusive Dinner. Lula Martin del Campo, a Mexican chef with a passion for tradition, and Aurélien Correyeur, a French chef with a passion for fresh, seasonal produce, combine their talents to create a refined 4-hand menu, combining luxury and creativity. Where: Restaurant Menu Palais - La Vallée Village, Friday June 13
  • Mexican Vibrations: Cocktails & Flavors. On the program: tastings of cocktails based on Mexican spirits (tequila, mezcal and other lesser-known ones), a festive musical atmosphere, gourmet surprises and Mexican-flavored bites. Where? On the terrace of the Menu Palais restaurant - La Vallée Village, Saturday June 14 and Sunday June 15.
