Glazed's marrow bone-flavored ice cream is back, along with a... black pudding

Stop everything. The Glazed ice cream parlour, located in the 9th arrondissement on rue des Martyrs, in the 5th arrondissement on rue Geoffroy Saint Hilaire, and in the 15th arrondissement on boulevard Pasteur, is bringing back an ice cream flavour to its menu, for a few days only, and it's a disconcerting one, to say the least.

It's been three years since gourmets, the curious and, above all, the adventurous have been able to discover an ice cream flavor... marrow bone! " A flavor that will leave no one indifferent", warned Glazed. Well, this unusual ice cream flavor is making a comeback at Glazed, from March 1 to 30, 2025 only!

"Our mission since 2012 has been to provoke reactions to our fragrances. We want strong opinions, "likes" and "dislikes" Not enough room in our windows for consensual flavors. Here, we've managed to recreate the taste of hot marrow bones in this ice cream! It's a flavor with a kick!" said the Parisian ice-cream maker last summer.

So, are you ready to take the plunge into marrow bone ice cream au gratin? If you missed it last year, you've only got a few weeks left to discover this incredible flavor, to be accompanied (or not) by La Maison's organic mustard ice cream. But that's not all!

Get your taste buds ready, because the Glazed ice cream makers have also prepared some very unusual ice creams: black pudding ice cream with mustard seed pickles, Corsican avocado sorbet with organic eucalyptus and, to finish off on a sweet note, caramelized rice pudding ice cream.

These flavours can be enjoyed during the month of March only, in the three Glazed boutiques in Paris!
