L'Alimentation, the amazing bakery of Benoit Castel

Benoit Castel continues to delight families with his traditional viennoiseries and breads. Last September, the famous pastry-baker unveiled his latest project: L'Alimentation, his "almost" grocery store. And it's simply stunning, with an incredible range of products.

Imagined as a scullery, L'Alimentation is the place to find Benoit Castel's flagship products, all homemade, of course. You'll find granola, semi-salted butter and, even more original, CBD-based butter for the most stressed or herb-lovers; as well as jams made from seasonal fruit, ancient wheat flour and salish salt.

It's simple: the shelves are bursting at the seams with goodies, and the fridges are overflowing with fresh foodstuffs that are sometimes mouth-watering, sometimes downright practical, ideal for making life easier.

Indeed, the big plus of this grocery store is that you can also buy products to finish at home to create your own recipes, such as tart bases, shortcrust and shortcrust pastry, buckwheat pancake dough, sweet pancake dough, croutons and bread chips.
