Have you always dreamed of knowing how to prepare tabbouleh, mezze or any other Lebanese specialty like a chef? The Tintamarre restaurant is offering its own vegetarian cooking classes, starting Saturday November 26.
Put on your chef's hat and arm yourself with thrifty knives and other utensils! To begin, Tintamarre invites you to tackle the essential tabbouleh, prepared with the last tomatoes of the season. Then we'll move on to the second recipe, with a sweet potato kébbé, small fried fritters accompanied by a seasonal salad. Alternatively, you can master the art of cooking with zaatar, a typically Lebanese blend of spices, in a 2h30 class.

Classes cost €65 per person for sessions open only to adults (tabbouleh and kebbé veg or zaatar workshop); for a family class, you'll pay €95. You can even take it all home with you! By the way, if you haven't been yet, we recommend you try Tintamarre's Lebanese cuisine.
