Île-de-France: The best flan 2025 is in Suresnes!

Competitions come and go. After the best baguette in Paris, the best butter croissant in Greater Paris and the best chocolate éclair, not forgetting the best apple tart in the region, it's time for the best flan in Île-de-France!

But before electing the 2025 winners of this 7th edition of the Ile-de-France competition, and knowing where to go to taste the best flan d'Île-de-France of the year, the jury had to taste a good hundred examples of this legendary pastry. And the choice was no easy one, given the variety of flans on offer.

The jury finally made a choice, and the results of the competition were revealed this Friday, June 6, at the headquarters of the Syndicat des Boulangers du Grand Paris, located in the 4th arrondissement. So, who is the winner of the 2025 edition of the Best Flan d'Île-de-France? The big winners of the Best Flan d'Ile-de-France 2025 competition are to be found in Suresnes, as they are Elio Chaaya and Franck Harcaut's patisserie A Deux Mains!
