The Porsche spirit takes hold of the capital during the Indian summer. And with good reason: the famous car brand is celebrating its 75th anniversary! To mark the occasion, a fine Parisian hotel is paying tribute to its most iconic ranges until October 15, 2023. In the heart of the capital, theHôtel Maison Albar - Pont Neuf, invites us to celebrate this anniversary in gourmet style!
For one month, Odette, the hotel's brasserie, becomes the Café Porsche, unveiling an all-new menu. Aficionados of the brand can indulge in an original tea-time experience, with pastries inspired by the codes of Porsche's emblematic design. The tea-time menu includes a pastry and a choice of hot beverage, and costs €18. Served daily from 3pm to 6pm, this tea-time offers two special creations imagined by chef Rémi Hénaux: La Cabosse au chocolat Guanaja et cerises confites or la Madeleine d'Odette au cœur citron et accompagné d'un carpaccio d'ananas.
This is not the only tribute paid by the address, as the hotel's Rooftop suite has been temporarily transformed into a Porsche suite, a designer cocoon with a 180° panorama of the capital. Finally, enthusiasts will also see the Taycan Sport Turismo, Porsche's first 100% electric model, on display in front of Maison Albar - Pont Neuf.
