If the name Thomas Jimenez doesn't ring a bell, we'd like to take you into his world. This talented pastry chef began his adventure at La Réserve in Nice with Chef Guillaume Sinden. Competitions and gold medals, including Best Apprentice of France, are testimony to his expertise. After an enriching stint in Switzerland and prestigious experiences as a Pastry Chef, notably at the "Tout un monde" restaurant, Thomas chose the Paris region to launch his unique Sphère Gourmande concept.
