On the 4th Thursday in November, November 27, the American people will be celebrating Thanksgiving... and so will expatriates in Paris! Yes, this festive occasion is a big hit on the other side of the Atlantic, but in Paris too, some bars and restaurants are getting in on theAmerican spirit!
Such is the case at theHotel des Grands Voyageurs, which is inviting Americans, gourmets of all stripes and the curious in search of new discoveries to Thanksgiving 2025, from November 24 to 30, with a festive menu created for the occasion by chef Benoit Ayissi. On the program: the greatest American specialties , of course, usually eaten on this day.
A starter/main course/dessert menu costs €69, and includes a pumpkin velouté with porcini mushrooms and a crispy crouton; traditional Thanksgiving poultry in the form of poultry supreme with chestnuts; and a pecan tart.
For some, it's a reminder of Uncle Sam's country, and for others, it's a chance to discover new flavors. What's more, since Thanksgiving is all about sharing, €2 per menu will be donated to the Hôpital Necker-Enfants Malades. So, why not reserve your place for the evening?
