Lacoste spreads its net at the prestigious Shangri-La Paris with an exclusive pop-up until mid-October. From couture street food to signature cocktails, the House of Crocodile takes care of its palace-match summer and celebrates its tennis DNA with very French elegance... and a touch of gourmandise to boot!

From April 30 to mid-October 2025, Lacoste invites itself to two areas of the very select Shangri-La Paris: the Pavillon Lacoste, a chic outdoor street food version, and Summer By Lacoste, an ephemeral restaurant in residence on the terrace of La Bauhinia, tucked away in the gardens.
Pavillon Lacoste, at 8 avenue d'Iéna, is easy to spot. Located to the right of the hotel forecourt, directly accessible from the street, it's the couture snacking option. You can bite into small Liège waffles embossed (more or less well) with the famous crocodile - enough to tempt a photo for insta, provided you come across a good batch. These waffles, prepared in the palace's kitchens and then reheated on site, are both gourmet and practical to take away. The artisanal ice creams are just as regressive (vanilla, crumble, chocolate sauce or nougatine-caramel). An assertive sweet pleasure served in a rather copious format.
When it comes to drinks, forget coffee, matcha or any of the other trendy ubés: the pop-up offers only fresh juices (€5) and water (€4).
The place, designed in a contemporary spirit faithful to the Lacoste aesthetic, has just four small tables. In other words, it's not a place to linger, but rather an express stop - perfect for an on-the-go snack break. A welcome option, especially in the 16th arrondissement, where there aren't many nice places to get your sweet fix, even just a stone's throw from the Trocadéro.
For fans of fashion and collabs, or the curious in search of a taste (in the literal sense) of the palace, this stopover is well worth the detour.
In the gardens of the Shangri-La Paris, Summer By Lacoste becomes one of the open-air hotspots of the season. Open from Monday to Sunday, from lunch to dinner, this ephemeral restaurant extends the spirit of La Bauhinia in a sun & chic version.
What's on the menu? An exclusive menu devised by the Shangri-La Paris chefs, combining refined cuisine with nods to the Lacoste universe: teriyaki grilled salmon, sautéed noodles with lobster, croque-monsieur with truffle, and on the sweet side, the famous crocodile in a raspberry-pistachio version.
To sip? Signature cocktails like the Grapefruit Spritz, the Margarita Ace, or the Jasmine Gin Tonic. A perfect match for the sun... and your seasonal outfit!
Shangri-La x Lacoste is the chic and cool (sport) collab that makes you want to put down your smartphone, your sunglasses... and your spoon service!
