You can choose both your time slot each evening—either 7 pm or 9 pm—to reserve your cozy winter nook, and your dinner option: a raclette for 35 euros per person or a Mont d'Or cheese to share for 25 euros each. Each serve includes a selection of fine charcuterie, new potatoes, and a green salad, all complemented by Burgundy wines and a warm beverage to finish the evening.

We chose the Mont d'Or to add a bit of variety to the classic raclette experience. After checking in at the reception, we were led to the charming outdoor space of the hotel, where two glowing bubble tents and festive decorations set a cozy scene. Worth mentioning, the bubbles are quite impressive—they feature real doors and windows and are kept comfortably warm, so there's no need to bring an extra sweater.

Under a gentle drizzle that began to fall over the bubble, creating a cozy and enchanting atmosphere, the planned menu is brought out. After selecting your wine, if you wish—additional bread is served to complement the dish. The star of the show is a warm Mont d'Or, generously infused with aromatic herbs that enhance its flavor. It’s accompanied by a selection of cured meats and tender, golden potatoes—crispy on the outside and soft on the inside—perfect for dipping and tasting in this charming setting.

While we've finished off with a coffee, there's also a menu available if you're still craving more. You can indulge in a sweet treat or a cocktail, available as an extra to the main menu if your appetite is still calling. It’s not uncommon for bigger appetites—after all, the Mont d'Or might not be quite enough for two hungry diners.

An evening of delicacy and sweetness that feels like a brief escape from Paris, even though you're just a few steps from Javel metro station. Be sure to head up to the hotel's 8th floor, where a stunning rooftop awaits, offering a charming view of the Eiffel Tower. The space is decorated in a style completely different from the rest of the building, creating a unique atmosphere. Just a heads-up: don’t forget to reserve your spot, as there are only two intimate bubbles available!
