The Pâtiss’Art festival sets up shop at the 'Espace Étoile-Saint-Honoré on 3 and 4 October 2026. More than a mere trade show, this event aims for a total immersion in the sweet arts, blending high-stakes competitions, masterclasses by étoilé chefs and an edible art gallery. Prepare your palates: the capital is poised to host a weekend of absolute indulgence, in the 8th arrondissement.
The heart of the event is the Grand Prix Pâtiss’Art, chaired by Christophe Felder. The theme this year? The Saint-Honoré. Competitors will have to shine on two fronts: pure tradition and a bold "travel-inspired" reinterpretation. Watching these chefs (pros on Sunday, rising talents on Saturday) turn out choux pastry and sugar under pressure promises a fascinating spectacle.
Meanwhile, the Pâtiss’Live stage will welcome about twenty masterclasses. Here, no secrets locked away: chefs share their tricks of the trade live, with a live demonstration and a tasting to cap each session. For this Paris edition, an artistic dimension is added with the gallery Pâtiss & Pop, which explores the borders between the pastry and the visual arts.
Between demonstrations, visitors will be able to wander through a curated selection of exceptional artisans, uncovering rare products or signature creations that are often hard to find in shops.
