The house specialties are chocolate-pistachio escargot, fresh apple turnovers, flan boulanger, orange blossom brioche, and the famous pain des amis. 
  • BENOIT CASTEL: Artisan pastry chef and baker Benoit Castel is launching his e-shop with the opening of a home delivery service. We can't wait to rediscover his traditional recipes, with his range of pastries, Viennese pastries, and breads for breakfast, lunch, brunch, and more.But also his delicatessen products, such as flour, which is becoming increasingly rare on store shelves these days. Deliveries are made from Wednesday to Sunday, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., with the option of ordering the day before for next-day delivery.
