Rejoice! Spring is just around the corner. With this new season, the various Parisian establishments are announcing the reopening of their terraces. This is particularly true of the Terrass'' Hôtel, which invites us to enjoy lunches under the 7th sky and aperitifs under the setting sun!

What can we say about the Terrass' Hotel... It's all in the name! From the 7th floor of this Montmartre hotel, lovers of beautiful views will be able to (re)discover Paris and its summer charm. The hotel, redesigned in keeping with the Montmartre spirit that has animated it since its creation in 1911, has unveiled several attractive spaces, including its bistronomic restaurant , nestled on the 7th floor.

Every day, the Terrass'' Hôtel offers lunch and dinner on its panoramic terrace, with a light, fresh menu featuring seasonal salads, market fish snacks and grilled local meats!

On the menu: salmon gravlax with unusual sprouts, tuna carpaccio with lemon confis, served as a starter at 16€; royal sea bream, white asparagus and cockles at 26€; guinea fowl supreme with Grison meat at 25€; or veal chop with spring vegetables, a melt-in-your-mouth chop at 34€.

To finish on a high note, the pastry chef proposes, for example, a pineapple verrine with shiso jelly and coconut cream, or a strawberry and verbena cream tartlet, a real treat at 12€. The price? 34€ for a starter, main course and dessert (including water and coffee) during a weekday lunch.

Finally, those who want to enjoy the view while sipping a beverage can take a look at the new cocktail menu (all at 16€), featuring revisited classics as well as exclusive creations, in a cosy atmosphere!

On the menu? The"Medicinal Beauty" with Hendrick's gin, dolin white vermouth, violet syrup, lemon juice and fresh rosemary, or the"Oopsie Daisy", made with Ketel one vodka infused with hibiscus and candied kumquat, lime juice, orange blossom, homemade sugar syrup and angostura bitter.
