Formula One and gastronomy fans are expected on the Champs-Elysées, at the brand-new food corner by Renault, Carré Renault Sport. A traditional, healthy and chromatic cuisine for a champion’s lunch or dinner.

A total immersion into the elegant atmosphere of the motor sport”. This is what proposes Carré Renault Sport, the brand-new food corner within L'Atelier Renault, 53 Avenue des Champs-Elysées. The principle? “Creating a gustative experience entirely thought in yellow and black to take gourmet people to the F1 universe”. A chromatic universe we find on the table and in the plates.

On the menu, for gourmet people, a “delicious menu exclusively thought up for Carré Renault Sport” by two talented chefs, Marc Verger and Sandrine Esteves, and that the editorial board has been privileged to taste. A unique menu consisting of a starter, a creamy burrata, pineapple tomatoes and golden savory biscuit; a thick slice of cod, zucchini scales, yellow carrot mousseline, white butter with saffron, and squid ink biscuit for the main course, and a deconstructed dark volcanic crumble with a mango-passion cream and whipped cream for dessert.

Whether it’s about the starter, the main course or the dessert, served dishes are very well-balanced and offer varied textures that keep things interesting. We particularly love the dessert, with a mango-passion cream including fresh fruits that bring some additional “chew” and a true freshness to the dessert, served on the plate, in addition to a homemade mango sorbet to die for. A healthy, yet simple and chromatic cuisine particularly well-plated likely to please many gastronomes.

And as a bonus, for those who love Formula 1, sporting events are broadcasted every 15 days and a F1 brunch is proposed to families and other amateurs of nice dishes if they want to, with a Play Zone LEGO so that your kids can have fun while you enjoy your meal. We will be back…

Please note that it's been over 4 years since our last visit, so the place and experience may have changed.
