If you haven't heard of Tripletta Belleville yet then it's time to catch up, as Trinity Group, who are behind Triplettes, Justine and therefore Tripletta Belleville, opened a new gourmet address in Paris in 2018. The name? Tripletta Gaité, Tripletta Belleville's little brother.
You'll find delicious recipes for perfectly cooked pizzas made in Tripletta, like the Mortadella Peplum with mortadella, pesto, burrata and oregano, but also the highly original Speckiale with San Marzano tomato sauce, Brie de Meaux, artisanal Speack, oregano and red onions, or the classica Margherita with tomato sauce, parmesan, fresh basil and Mozzarella fior di latte d'Agerola.
Tripletta Gaité doesn't forget aperitif lovers either, with a melt-in-the-mouth Burratina or a tender Focaccia sublimated by organic olive oil.
Smaller appetites will appreciate theInsalata di Ricotta (mesclun, cherry tomato, roasted vegetables, ricotta, red onion and olive) or theDOP-certifiedInsalata Caprese Bufala (tomatoes, oregano, Mozzarella di bufala, fresh basil and olive oil).
Tripletta' s focus is on quality, with carefully selected DOP and/or ORGANIC certified products.
