La Maison Nordique is a well-known address for seafood gourmets. Part delicatessen, part caterer, part restaurant, this fine address awaits you on the Ternes side of Paris' 8th arrondissement.
On the delicatessen side, Maison Nordique offers a range of taramas, from the classic must-have to crab, wasabi, sea urchin, truffle and caviar versions. You'll also find bottarga, smoked salmon and blinis, ideal for a gourmet aperitif without the headaches.
But Maison Nordique also offers a catering service with iconic specialties à la carte. A must-try on the menu is the salmon-spinach Coulibiac, a comforting dish served with a mushroom sauce; a guaranteed favorite!
Here, there's nothing classic about the classics. Take Caesar salad, for example. A staple of most restaurant menus, this dish is served here in an even more refined version.
In the style of Maison Nordique, the Caesar salad is generously garnished with chicken and deliciously crisp Parmesan tulles, accompanied by a caviar sauce. Proof that a light dish can rhyme with gourmandise.
