Here is a scrumptious, never-before-seen temporary experience likely to convince all vegan cuisine refractories. From October 3 to 30, 2022, Burger Theory invites you to “taste the difference” by revisiting the most iconic burgers of major fast-food chains but… 100% vegan style!
Every week and only for one month, the restaurant in the 3rd arrondissement and Levallois-Perret unveils a dupe of these burgers we have all tried when a kid or after a party. If you have already gave up meat or if vegan cuisine is still mysterious to you, just go for it!
Burger Theory ’s goal is easy: proving vegan cuisine can be as scrumptious and hearty as meat-based food and cause as many emotions and much pleasure. Goal 100% complete! This week, from October 3 to 9, 2022, the restaurant unveils a great McDonald’s classic revisited plant-based style: the staple double cheese.
Inside Burger Theory’s double cheese? Fake cheese by Violife, based on plants, without any dairy, lactose or GMO, nor preservatives, without walnut, soy or any allergen. The plant-based meat is made by Heura and fibers will definitely make you think of a real steak – although the color is different – and the sauce is similar to the double cheese by the yellow big M brand!
When tasting it, the burger is very fleshy and hearty and we even forgot we were eating a plant-based burger. Careful though, the burger is available for one week only! It will be then replaced by another fast-food classic – rumor has it KFC and Burger King, but we recommend you go to Burger Theory’s social networks to see the burgers coming as they are revealed ahead of time.
