The Belleville Food Market special BBQ

Lovers of all kinds of BBQ, of grilled meats for some, smoked for others, you are going to be spoiled: the food market of Belleville organizes a special BBQ evening, on Thursday, March 16th, 2023 from 6 pm! For the occasion, the food market team has found the maestros of the grill, whether meat, vegetable or from all over the world.

Japanese Binchotan, Argentinean asado, Texan barbecue, korean BBQ, or more traditional barbecue... The evening will be favourable to discoveries and to the good smell of smoke that the gourmets appreciate so much once the nice days arrive. A great way to get into the swing of things!

Among the invited restaurants, let's mention the Belgian stars of the Syrian cuisine My Tannour who pass homemade breads, grilled meats and mezzes with tannour; Sobane and its Korean barbecue flavors, Bun's Land and its Uyghur barbecue, Tambo and its Andean fire, without forgetting the African restaurant BMK and Blend which proposes, for the occasion, a unique collaboration with Buffalo Trace.

Vegetarians are not left out with the presence of La Cuisine de Souad which will propose bricks filled with vegetables or vegetarian keftas passed on the grill; as well as the restaurant Braisenville which intends to reveal its cooking on the coals, in particular with a beautiful octopus. As usual, count 10€ maximum for the dish!

And to keep on setting the fire until 2am, head to the bar Combat, rue de Belleville, for the after party with a cocktail specially made by Margot Lecarpentier: the Buffalo Trace (sake, coffee liqueur, manzanilla sherry, pandan and cucumber).
