At 21G Dumpling, we take you on a journey between Hong Kong, Taiwan and Shanghai.
Every day, the kitchen team hand-makes a variety of Dimsums with authentic Chinese recipes, using carefully selected ingredients. We love the Siu Mai with duck confit and Hoisin sauce (BBQ), but also the grilled ravioli (Guo Tie) with free-range chicken and homemade satay sauce.
There's also Wonton, pork and shrimp ravioli in Chili or Jade sauce(vegan version with Chinese cabbage, shiitake and celery also available!).
For fans of steamed Chinese cuisine, don't miss the Xiao Long Bao!
These delicious raviolis are filled with a meat filling and that famous fragrant broth that explodes in your mouth when you bite into them, an explosion of flavors, be careful when it's hot 😀
Le 21g was the first restaurant in Paris to make it its specialty and popularize it. And above all to offer it 100% fresh with a thin pastry on the Taiwanese standard, in 21grammes format = 5g pastry + 16g filling.
Recipes vary according to the season, this summer we're enjoying Xiao Long Bao with Pork / ginger or Shrimp / lemongrass.
The menu at 21G doesn't stop at Dimsums: starters include Mini Cucumber Pickles with Espelette Pepper, Baby Octopus sautéed with garlic and soy, and Taiwan-style Fried Chicken.
On the main courses, we love the marinated farmhouse pork belly with red cabbage and white rice.
The BAO BURGER, available in beef teriyaki, beef BBQ hoisin or veggie versions, is also a big hit.
For a sweet finish to the meal, the Bubble Waffle with salted butter caramel, chocolate gianduja and vanilla chantilly is just too much fun. But perhaps you'll also be tempted by the Sago Mango (tapioca pearl, coconut milk, mango) or the Crème brulée with black sesame.
