At the helm of this adventure is Louise Huang, a 28-year-old woman with a passion for the restaurant business and sustainable development.

Responsible, caring cooking

Louise Huang, founder of SLOW, has always been driven by the desire to create a place where kindness and respect for the environment would be at the center of the plate. She was preoccupied with environmental and societal issues from an early age, notably when she traveled to Senegal with the YES Akademia association to carry out inter-cultural exchange projects between young people in the villages there. After studying sustainable development, she decided to make her dream come true by opening a restaurant offering cuisine with a low environmental impact. That's why at Slow we like to work with vegetables, which have a lower impact, but don't be fooled by appearances, Slow's cuisine is far from being devoid of flavor!

A team of enthusiasts

To carry out this mission, Louise has surrounded herself with two young talents: Emi and Jean-Michel. These two cooking enthusiasts have worked alongside top chefs and are always looking for new challenges. Their expertise and creativity are reflected in every plate, making every meal a true sensory experience. Slow is a colorful and flavorful cuisine.
