Mischief, chef Erica Paredes opens a second restaurant in Paris

After Reyna, chef Erica Paredes opens her second Paris restaurant, Mischief.

And that's two for Erica Paredes! After Reyna, her first address in the 11th arrondissement, where Franco-Philippine fusion cuisine is king, the chef is changing course and is currently preparing to open a new restaurant in Paris. This new address, called Mischief, will open later this year at 25 rue des Gravilliers in the Haut-Marais district, in place of Wild & The Moon.

Trained at Le Cordon Bleu cooking school and then more recently in Italy, to learn the art of fresh pasta as she explains in a post on her Instagram account, Erica Paredes has received multiple awards and accolades during her career behind the stoves around the world, like the 2023 Fooding award for best fried chicken.

This time, not fusion cuisine, but comfort food inspired by childhood dishes... Although we can already imagine that the chef will inject her usual touch of madness into her delicious dishes.

While the exactopening dateof Erica Paredes' new restaurant in Paris has yet to be determined, it is rumored that Mischief will open sometime in June 2025. Stay tuned for updates!
