From 12 PM to 3 PM*, enjoy a Japanese-style lunch with a freshly prepared teishoku. Each week, the menu changes to showcase the flavors of Japanese cuisine across different seasons. This set meal includes a main dish (choice of meat, fish, or vegetarian options), rice, miso soup, and several small side dishes. You can add a dessert or an onigiri to your meal… and we highly recommend the onigiri set!

It’s very straightforward: visit espacegohan.com, select your preferred pickup time and meal option, pay online, and then simply collect your order at the scheduled time.
The book café: from 3:00 PM to 6:45 PM, enjoy a relaxing break surrounded by books and a good cup of coffee. The atmosphere is peaceful, and a wide selection of Japanese and French books are available for you to browse freely. We recommend trying the matcha latte made by the barista, paired with the always delightful daily dessert!
The izakaya experience: from 7 PM to 11 PM*, at Espace Gohan, transforms into a lively izakaya. Embark on a journey through delicate, flavorful Japanese bites! The chef has curated a bistronomic-style menu, focusing on various regions of Japan. The beverage list features regional sake, shôchu, wine, beer, and soft drinks to enhance your evening!

Next door, you'll find Espace Japon, the cultural center. Espace Japon offers cultural workshops, Japanese cooking classes, and also Japanese language courses. Since the 1980s, Espace Japon has been dedicated to sharing Japanese culture with the Francophone community, showcasing everything from traditional customs to more contemporary trends!
To celebrate the arrival of spring, Espace Japon is hosting a series of workshops focused on the season. Highlights include the origami workshop and the tsumami zaiku workshop on Saturday, March 21st, where participants will learn how to craft beautiful sakura-inspired creations.
