Gâteau d'Emotions is the chef's first 'Boulangerie', offering a wide range of breads and viennoiseries in addition to the delicious pastries we love.

Calling all fans of Philippe Conticini 's pastries and delicacies! Located in the Passy district, this spot unveils Philippe Conticini's first Boulangerie offering.

For this more spacious address, the chef has teamed up with talented baker Sébastien Crouzat. Together, they have imagined a fine range of breads and viennoiseries. Here we have delicious natural sourdough breads made with Moulins d'Antoine flour. We're particularly fond of Tourte de Margerides, a round loaf made from 100% rye, and the delicious hazelnut-raisin and cheese loaves.

There are also cookies and cookies, sugar tarts and seasonal galettes . Our favorite is the delicious pain au chocolat (well, the chef says chocolatine, but we'll close our eyes!). We love the puff pastry, which isn't over-raised to keep it soft, and the crispy streaks.

Each pastry is designed to bring out special emotions, and it has to be said that the chef has a great deal of expertise behind him. Now 56, he's been in the kitchen since childhood, thanks to his restaurant-owning parents. This enabled him to try his hand at everything, and at the age of 17, he began his apprenticeship at a two-star restaurant. He went on to accumulate successes and innovations.

We owe him the verrines, Nutella desserts and classics revisited with less butter, which he created for the restaurants where he worked and for La Pâtisserie des Rêves, which he launched in 2009 before breaking away in 2016.

Since 2017, the Chef has embarked on a new adventure: Gâteaux d'Emotions. After this new address on rue de l'Annonciation, a 3rd is expected on the Muette side. Lots more delights to come.
