Most surprised us with their perfect balance of textures and flavors, others with their originality, without ever going overboard. These are real discoveries that we want to recommend to our loved ones.
Our favorites range from perfectly executed traditional logs to more daring creations with surprising combinations—such as chocolate and passion fruit or an incredibly delicate praline and hazelnut log. When it comes to luxury pastries, the focus on textures and precise baking times was paramount. At neighborhood bakeries, it was the generosity and authenticity of the flavors that won us over.
Of course, there is something for every taste and budget. But don't forget that quality and homemade products come at a price, and while some creations are expensive, creativity and exceptional ingredients are the order of the day. Also, remember to reserve the log that appeals to you most in advance, as some are limited editions. It would be a shame to regret it later!
