Picnic season with friends is upon us, and for many of us, there is nothing such as a good picnic without tasty cold cuts. And for those who really want to indulge themselves, Pascal Joly aka Charcuterie-Caterer Meilleur Ouvrier de France opens a new store in Paris 15th arrondissement.
It is on rue Cambronne that Pascal Joly has decided to open his Charcuterie Joly to complete his first address in Paris 16th arrondissement. After months of works, the store has come to light and now delights customers with traditional and delicious cold cuts made by the book, based on renewed classic recipes.
Among the creations, you have the iconic pâté-croute, homemade terrines and the famous head cheese that brought him the “Oreille d’Or” 2014 award. Each of his creation is simply displayed to highlight the authenticity and the original features of his produces. The perfect bond between tradition and modernity.
And to make his customers want even more, Pascal Joly has created a surprising bookcase to display his unique and exclusive selection of hams and dry sausages. Considered you warned, it is hard to resist!
