L’Or Q’Idée is the very first restaurant by chef Naoëlle d’Hainaut and her sommelier husband, Mathieu.
Created in 2017 in Pontoise (Val d’Oise), this gourmet restaurant has been awarded its very first Michelin star in 2019.
In 2013, as the sous-chef at Eric Frechon’s restaurant at Le Bristol she participates participates in the fourth season of Top Chef France alongside Valentin Neraudeau, Yoni Saada and Florent Ladeyn. She’s the second woman to win the contest after Stéphanie Le Quellec.
A few years after winning this professional culinary TV contest, Naoëlle d’Hainaut opens her very own restaurant, L’Or Q’idée, where she provides traditional French and gourmet cuisine based on fresh ingredients.
At L’Or Q’idée, the chef provides a child’s menu for €25, a business menu for €42 including a starter, a main course and a dessert as well as a carte blanche tasting menu in 6 courses for €79 that Naoëlle d’Hainaut composes according to her mood and the seasonal products she has. This menu can be paired with 6-2oz.us glasses of wine for extra €41.
In addition to the menus, L’Or Q’idée enjoys a menu on which – at the moment – we have mackerel roll and black radish carpaccio, jumbo shrimp and foie gras rolled in pointed cabbage leaves, grilled turbo fillet, veal’s kidneys and hazelnut crus and candied lemon or even Naoëlle d’Hainaut’s childhood strawberries.
But wait a little longer: to discover Naoëlle d’Hainaut’s cuisine, you’ll have to wait until the end of summer as L’Or Q’idée teams is now on holidays.
