Maison Kitsuné fans can smile! Six years after opening a Café Kitsuné in Paris, Maison Kitsuné gets itself talked about with the official opening of Café Kitsuné Louvre, its very first Café-Bar-Restaurant in town.
Café Kitsuné Louvre is said to officially open on September 23, 2019 in Paris 1st arrondissement and will likely delight your eyes and taste buds.
Open every day non-stop from 8:30 a.m. to midnight, Café Kitsuné Louvre unveils a bright and modern décor designed by architecture office Ciguë.
Though up by chef Yuji Tani and executed by female chef Chihiro Yamazaki, the menu of the first Café-Bar-Restaurant by Maison Kitsuné offers a variety of “plates under influences to mix and share”, a cuisine that is both simple and creative.
We have revisited French bistro classics as well as dishes coming straight from the United States, the whole enhanced by some Japanese twists.
For breakfast, for instance, enjoy the homemade granola, Greek yogurt or the Dorayaki or the Portobello Benedictine eggs.
For lunch, patrons will have the burger, provided in a beef teriyaki tartare version filled with bacon, fried egg, comté cheese or the pan-fried salmon served lukewarm and along with tofu mousseline, guacamole and sprinkled with almonds.
Sweet-toothed foodies won’t resist the seasonal mochi or the chocolate soft cake, pomelo and whipped cream.
Last but not least, Café Kitsuné Louvre also gives pride of place to cocktails created by mixologist and Meilleur Ouvrier de France Alexis Taoufiq. On the menu? The “Kitsuné Cocktail” based on cognac and sake. Discover the “Yokosso” too based on jasmine-infused gin and champagne.
So, looking forward to discovering Café Kitsuné Louvre? Meet from September 23, 2019 in Paris 1st arrondissement!
